2013...
Yikes...I have let this blog rot for months. Shame shame. I have been far too busy working at the studio. I've not gotten much chance to play or sleep never mind draw/paint for myself. That said, the studio is doing great, having grown over 400% from when I first got there. Considering the rough times in this industry, with studios big and small going bankrupt, I guess we're doing okay.
Anyhow, back to this blog. I'm gonna get it going again. I recently bought a new Samsung Note2 for that exact reason - to sketch and play. The access to a handy digital pen really gives me no excuse not to doodle on the spot. I aim to update AT LEAST once per week. Not too ambitious I think. Here's sample from the phone, from my recent trip to Japan.

Welcome back, James! It's great to see you around! I am really glad your studio is doing great, it's definitely a hard time for many companies. I am lucky as well, I just got a job as a senior character animator for TV series here in Spain and I am happy. :-)
